The OICP e-CTPL System serves insurance companies and insurance agents’ policy authentication requirements to distribute the Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) insurance.
The system functions as an authentication gateway for CTPL, interconnecting insurance companies to Land Transportation Office (LTO) and Insurance Commission. Its main function is to authenticate the CTPL policies, ensuring vehicle owners of the legitimacy of the CTPL that they purchase.
